I am having trouble with my Internet connection. What do I do?
- Make sure that all connections are secure, and the power cord is plugged in.
- Reset the equipment by pulling the power cord from the Power Over Ethernet Unit, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging the power back in. (view the customer premise connection diagram here)
- Verify that your router is setup correctly.
- Check for possible spyware, or viruses on the machine trying to access the internet.

I just purchased a router. How do I set it up?
- Follow the connection diagram that came with the new router.
- Plug the "internet" or "wan" port on the new router to the "p+data out" on the POE unit. (view the customer premise connection diagram here)
- The new router will be automatically configured by Webwave to connect to the Internet. Happy Surfing!
